Could be decent this PC for games?

These are the specs, Microsoft Windows Vista Home Intel E5200 Dual Core Processor Corsair 4096MB DDR II 320 GB SATA II Seagate Ultra Fast Memory Hard Disk Space NEC 7200 Multi-format DVD / CD ReWriter nVidia GeForce 9500GT 1024 5.1 surround sound high definition Deluxe Motherboard Intel 10/100 Ethernet LAN 8x USB2 Ports Hanns G 19 "TFT Widescreen Flat Multimedia Keyboard Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse Logitech Wireless Speaker S220 2.1 Schemes of 12 months warranty classic Microsoft Office 60-day trial of Microsoft Windows Live Essentials I know it will end high, but if I can play FPS like CSS or COD4 / 5 and 500 pounds is as it seems too good to be true for me.

The E5200 is still a decent midrange / Budget gaming CPU, but the 9500GT is a piece of garbage unless you want to play at low resolution.
