This is a new system? if you have the full guarantee of 3 years, then it sounds like a new system. If so, and is a retailer, go for it. Just keep in mind that there a lot of games that I could afford to play but even so, there would be some gems in there. If it is not, SEALED again, in a distributor box real then I suspect that someone shined the box and you will most likely be banned within a few days on XBL. Buy new, when you buy used all you get in return are old problems.
