How to increase wireless bandwidth for your Wireless Internet Camera
I am currently using DSL Router with 802.11n network. This is my notebook notes.
My notebook is using the Wireless-N adapter as built-in laptop wireless adapter comes with the 802.11g standard.
I've been looking around for a camera internet wireless 802.11n network. The purpose is to maximize the bandwidth for my camera LAN without any delayed type of video signal.
However, currently on the market, it seems that there is no 802.11n Wireless Internet Camera available yet as I'm concerned.
Most camera comes with a wireless Internet network or cable network connection and are R45 802.11b or 802.11g.
I have checked with the Dlink, Linksys and other vendor and find that there is no offer to 802.11n. Since I needed the wireless camera Internet urgently, I have no choice but to purchase the Wireless Internet Camera with 802.11g.
I bought the WVC200 Linksys Wireless-G PTZ Internet Camera as shown above. To learn more about this product, Click click here.
This camera offers both wired and wireless network connection.
It has high quality video, flexible control remotely with Pan / Tilt / Zoom.
This terrific. The works price is also very competitive.
Not much video delay when control Internet camera remotely from outside your office whenever the camera is connected to the network cable to your router by cable R45. However, if you connect Internet camera with the router wirelessly, and attempts to control the camera remotely wireless out of the office, it seems that there is a problem video delay. The reason I have to do this is because my router is not in the same room as the wireless Internet camera. Moreover, the room where the wireless camera is not the point of the network (RJ45).
I knew that there was much I could do because there is a limitation of 802.11g network.
You can only achieve maximum performance of 54 Mbytes wirelessly no method of how well tuned you can do with the resolution camera and other features.
However, this delay desperately resolve PROBEM video, I saw from the market to see if there are devices that can help solve this problem.
Then I came across a product called HomePlug AV Ethernet Adapter Shiro finally solve my problem. It drives my Wireless Internet Camera signal up to 200 Mbytes to solve the problem of delay.
This adapter also save you the hassle of physical network cable. You can also use to connect ie between network devices. printer server, wireless gaming adapter, wireless camera etc. to the router wirelessly.
The work of the adapters in a pairs.Let assume that the wireless router is in room A and the wireless camera in room B is in room A, you plug one end of the adapter1 food source.
From adapter1, link their network connector (with RJ45 connector) to one of your room port. From router B is not the same, connect source. From the adapter2 to adapter2 power, link their network connector (RJ45 cable) for the wireless internet camera.
The adapter is not strictly for be used for router only.Basically can remotely connect between network devices together.
The adapter to use its in-house power circuit transforms into a high-speed wireless broadband backbone and transmission of digital data, voice, audio and video.
Thus, the adapter I allows the camera to connect to wireless internet without short chain performance bandwidth of my ADSL network.
The model I buy is Shiro HL109E as demonstrated on the right.
I think there may be some similar product available. However until now only supply this product up to 200Mbps Powerline Networking.
